Caring for your precious Blacktrack natural silk scarf is essential to preserving its beauty. Our silk scarves are made from high-quality materials, guaranteeing durability and ease of care, provided you take special care.
First of all, remember that silk doesn't like perfume or humidity. To preserve its shine, keep it dry and away from intense light. Prolonged exposure to sunlight or bright light can alter the color and promote the appearance of stains on your precious silk scarf.
Be aware of potential sources of friction, such as necklaces, beards or hairpins, which could damage the fabric.
When you decide to clean your luxury silk scarf, opt for hand washing. Use cold water mixed with a very mild detergent. Be careful not to rub the fabric, but rather to press it gently to avoid breaking the precious silk fibers. Then rinse thoroughly with cold water.

The drying stage is crucial, as moisture is the enemy of silk. To do this, spread the scarf out carefully on a clean, preferably white, towel. Gently roll up the towel, exerting gentle pressure to absorb excess water.

Blacktrack scarves are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of purchase, which addresses manufacturing issues.

If your warranty claim is related to a manufacturing defect, the brand will cover the shipping costs. Your item will either be repaired or replaced and promptly returned to you. You will need to provide photographic evidence of the manufacturing defect.

Please note that this warranty does not apply in cases of product misuse, product neglect, or modifications made to the product. Additionally, proof of purchase is required to avail of the warranty.

It's important to clarify that this warranty policy does not in any way affect the rights you have under the legal conformity warranty recognized for consumers by the Consumer Code.
