Hanging your metal poster in your interior

You can choose to place your metal poster on a piece of furniture or hang it on your wall.

For this purpose, a small metal plate with a hook is provided so that you only need to attach it and hang your poster in the location of your choice.

Materials and origin

The poster is made of aluminum and is printed in Luxembourg.

Blacktrack metal posters are easy to maintain.

Before you begin, use a soft cloth or a soft-bristle brush to remove dust and dirt particles from the plate. Avoid rough cloths that could scratch the surface.

For a more thorough cleaning, lightly dampen a microfiber cloth with warm water and gently rub the surface of the plate. If necessary, add a small amount of mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners, as they could damage the aluminum.

After cleaning, make sure to thoroughly dry the aluminum plate to prevent water spots. Use a clean, dry cloth for even drying.

Avoid using harsh chemicals, such as ammonia or acid-based cleaners, as they can damage the aluminum surface.

We use the Adyen payment solution, which incorporates SSL security standards, to ensure the security of your transactions. Your banking data is encrypted and does not pass through our servers but is directly transmitted to the Adyen server, which is connected to the banks' servers.

During online card payments, you may be prompted to go through an authentication step using the 3-D Secure security protocol, which includes Visa and MasterCard. Your bank may ask you to validate the payment.

We accept payments in Euro (€) and British Pound Sterling ($) without any additional fees. For all other currencies, conversion fees may apply, depending on your bank.

Blacktrack creations are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of purchase, which addresses manufacturing issues.

If your warranty claim is related to a manufacturing defect, the brand will cover the shipping costs. Your item will either be repaired or replaced and promptly returned to you. You will need to provide photographic evidence of the manufacturing defect.

Please note that this warranty does not apply in cases of product misuse, product neglect, or modifications made to the product. Additionally, proof of purchase is required to avail of the warranty.

It's important to clarify that this warranty policy does not in any way affect the rights you have under the legal conformity warranty recognized for consumers by the Consumer Code.
