In how many days do I receive my money back?
When you return an item, it takes between 3 to 14 days for it to arrive at the factory that manufactures our products in Italy. Once we receive the item, we check the perfect condition of the item and if it has never been used.

 

To this end, we recommend that you :

Keep all the packaging of the item, and use it to return the item
Pack the returned item properly, to avoid damage to the item when returning it
Do not to use the item
Store the item in a safe place until it is returned: away from the weather, moisture, heat or any other source of risk to the item.

If the returned item is in perfect condition and has never been used, we will issue a refund within 10 days of receiving the item in the factory that manufactures our products in Italy.

You will be reimbursed in the same way you paid for the item.

 

How do I get my money back if I paid with a gift card?
If you paid for your item entirely with a gift card:


The amount spent will be credited back to a gift card. You will receive an email informing you that the amount has been transferred to the new gift card with its new information.


The time of use of this gift card will be updated: you will be able to use it for 1 year from the date of receipt of the new card.


If you paid for your order partly with a gift card and completed the purchase with another payment method:


The amount spent with the gift card will be credited to a new gift card and the amount spent with the other payment method will be credited to the bank account associated with that payment method.


You will receive two emails:
An email with the details of your new gift card, and the amount available on it.
An email confirming the refund to the bank account associated with the payment method used.


The time of use of the gift card will be updated: you will be able to use it for 1 year from the date of receipt of the new card.

 

What does the refund include?
We will refund you within 10 days of receiving the returned items in one of our factories in Italy. The items must be in perfect condition and unused.

If the returned item is in perfect condition and has never been used, we will refund:

The total amount of the returned product
Delivery and return costs if you use the Logsta carriers.
We will pay the customs fees if the product has been delivered in England or Switzerland.

The amounts due will be credited to the bank account associated with the payment method chosen for the payment of your order. It takes 10 days to receive your reimbursement from the time the item is received in the factory that manufactures our products in Italy.

Exchange policy
We do not accept exchanges. If you would like an item in a different color, you will need to return the item for a refund and then place a new order.
