This travel bag offers a spacious central compartment for your travel essentials, as well as a narrower compartment on the right, perfect for a laptop or documents.

The closure panel cleverly conceals two practical pockets, providing quick access to slim items you want to keep within reach, such as a phone or passport. Furthermore, when the panel is lowered, the zippers become invisible, adding an extra layer of security to minimize the risk of theft.

Each Blacktrack bag is crafted from high-quality materials, combining durability and ease of maintenance. To preserve the color and texture of your bag, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and protect it from excessive heat. Minimize contact with water and moisture.

For regular cleaning, use a soft microfiber cloth, slightly dampened if necessary, to dust off your bag. Then, gently apply a moisturizing milk in circular motions, let it sit for a few seconds, and then wipe off excess oil with a clean cloth.

In case of stubborn stains, clay stone is an effective solution for cleaning leather without damaging it. However, avoid thick polishing products, as they can clog the leather pores and alter its color.

We use the Adyen payment solution, which incorporates SSL security standards, to ensure the security of your transactions. Your banking data is encrypted and does not pass through our servers but is directly transmitted to the Adyen server, which is connected to the banks' servers.

During online card payments, you may be prompted to go through an authentication step using the 3-D Secure security protocol, which includes Visa and MasterCard. Your bank may ask you to validate the payment.

We accept payments in Euro (€) and British Pound Sterling ($) without any additional fees. For all other currencies, conversion fees may apply, depending on your bank.

Blacktrack leather bags come with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects.

If your warranty claim is related to a manufacturing defect, the brand will cover the shipping costs. Your bag will either be repaired or replaced and promptly returned to you. You will need to provide photographic evidence of the manufacturing defect.

It's important to note that this warranty does not apply in cases of product misuse, neglect, or modifications to the product. Additionally, proof of purchase is required to invoke the warranty.

Please be aware that this warranty policy does not in any way affect the rights you have under the legal conformity warranty recognized for consumers by the Consumer Code.
